About ERM

Orphans can also dream movement led by the foundation E.R.M
( Evelyne Roiroi Montredon ). It aims to give all orphans a chance to decide their destiny.

The ERM is an association that has been established to help children who are orphaned and helpless. These children can't do anything for themselves. And provide them with education and Food. We provide them with clothes and school materials. We also give them books to read and sports equipment to play with.
My organization has established a charity fund for the orphans of the village. My organization sends them money for education. The money is collected by me and sent to the orphanage where I am working. The funds are then used to buy books for the children and notebooks and pay for teachers.
This organization has helped many orphans in the past. We can't imagine what kind of lives they would have had if they were left alone. They are not able to go to school. They wouldn't have known about medical care. They would have had nothing to eat and nowhere to sleep. Our organization provides these kids with everything they need to lead better lives. This means that they have a better chance to succeed in life.

Educational material

We are also providing education to orphaned and vulnerable children to help them get a better future and prepare them for the world. We've got a new project that will make orphans very happy. We will distribute the educational materials in the orphanages. Many children have no books, notebooks, pens, etc., in their homes. These materials can bring a lot of joy and motivation to these children. books,computers ,notebook,pens etc.

Provide Healthy Food

We have prepared different types of vegetables. They must eat these vegetables. Many children are not getting proper nutrition. When they don't get proper nutrition, they might get ill. Sometimes, children are fed unhealthy foods that might cause health problems. They must get proper nutrition. It is good to prepare various types of vegetables. For example, they can get carrots, broccoli, and cabbage. If they don't get proper nutrition, they might get sick. Their parents are responsible for the Food they eat. It is good to prepare different types of healthy foods. They should get fruits and vegetables to stay healthy.

Provide Medical facilities to orphans

Many people feel sad about the fact that orphans do not have a family. They think that orphaned children do not receive the love that they need. Children who have lost their parents need help and support. Their parents should care for them and help them to develop into a well-adjusted person. It is not enough to shelter them. They should also ensure they get all the education they need. The best way to do that is to provide them with medical facilities. It's not that doctors don't love children, but because of the cost involved. These children do not have a source of income. This is why it is important to provide medical facilities to them. There are different ways to do that. One of the best is donating money to a charity supporting orphans. This is the exact objective of our foundation.

Hope to succeed

Our organization is another important factor in providing hope for a successful life. Many people think that orphaned kids are worthless. That's why we started our organization. The reason that we started our organization was to prove that kids like these aren't worthless. They are valuable people with amazing potential. We aim to help them to realize that potential. We also want to show them they can be successful people like everyone else. We hope to achieve this by providing medical care and education for them. And our objective is to provide them with everything they need to live a better life. Our mission is to improve and alter the quality of their lives.

Our process is based on the vision we share. We do our best to make our visions into reality. Our process consists of four steps:

1 STEP ONE

Adoption is the first step in the process. It involves the process in which we help ORPHAN children from low-income families to receive care and education. We provide these children opportunities to attend school and live a better life. Children from orphanages are given a chance to have a family and be happy and successful.

2 STEP TWO

Educational opportunities are another vital component of our program. Our educational programs help children learn how to read, write and speak English. Our teachers allow these children to develop and explore their creative talents.We focus on developing the social and emotional skills of children. Our educators teach these children how to interact with their peers and adults, communicate, and solve conflicts. In foster care, we provide children opportunities to develop their self-esteem and social skills.

3 STEP THREE

A foster family must report any changes in the child's condition, such as illness, injury, or behaviour that indicate he is in danger or needs immediate care. The foster parent must also ensure that the child has proper medical care and receives an appropriate education.
